We’re a small IT service and consultancy firm originating in Somerset, now based in Bournemouth. We aim to provide a complete IT solution for individuals and businesses alike, whether for long term web development projects or one off conultancy services.
We have three key focusses that underline each of our services: performance, security and client needs. Our vision is to enable efficient workflow within businesses across the UK, in order to better the world around us primarily through us assisting our clients in reaching their goals. This is why all of our services are oriented around our clients and all of our major services start with us finding out about what our clients want to achieve.
We pride ourselves on customer care; our goal is to help our customers achieve theirs. We know our clients have expectations of us and we, as a company, have certain responsibilities to the local and wider community, to our clients and to ourselves. To help us keep true to our aims, live up to our responsibilities and so our customers know what to expect from us, we have a code of conduct. We invite our clients to challenge us on any of these points and to call us out if they think that we aren’t living up to any element. We also welcome recommendations to improve our code, after all, our clients are at the heart of our business.

Our approach to each service and every client should be professional and to the best of our ability. We want to help our clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be. Regardless of whether we’re working with an individual or international conglomerate, for simple email support or the development of a full multi-function CMS site, each client should be treated equally and fairly and each service should be done professionally and with our client’s needs as the priority.
Our clients are at the heart of our business and every service, large or small, is tailored to each individual client’s needs. Not only will we tailor each service to your needs we also provide unlimited support throughout the service. This means that at any time, wherever you are, you can ask for advice, help or updates on your service. We also provide a client portal allowing all unrestricted access to information, service subscriptions and even progress tracking on any of our services! Everything we do for our clients should be of high quality and suitable to that client’s persinal needs. To us, low quality work isn’t an option. Our primary aim is to help our clients with achieving their goals, in order to do this we must provide high quality services. We achieve this through constant self-evaluation; we are continuously checking our services to ensure that we can provide the highest quality services available and we always welcome feedback, whether criticism or compliment, and take into account what our clients think.
We should meet each deadline we set and produce high quality work within a reasonable time frame. What’s the use of a professional service if it doesn’t match your schedule? We customise each service to match your needs, including your schedule. We’ll agree a timeline with you if it’s a major service or schedule a slot with you if it’s a minor service, either way we promise to keep to that deadline and still provide you with a reliable high quality service.
